Who is responsible
This website belongs to Brinela Hair, run by Sabrina Alessandra, a hair colourist and bridal stylist in Montreal, Quebec. Sabrina is the person in charge of protecting your personal information. For any question or request about your information, write to sabrina.fallavollita@hotmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Website chat. If you use the chat window, we collect what you type. If you ask Sabrina to follow up, the chat also asks, after your consent, for your name and phone number, and records your answer to the consent question. We use this to answer your questions and so Sabrina can follow up about your request.
- Messages you send us. If you email Sabrina or message her on Instagram, we receive what you send so we can reply.
- Technical information. Like any website, the servers that host this site and the services below receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We never ask for payment details, your address or health information in the chat. Please don't share health details there; Sabrina will go over anything you need at your consultation.
Automated assistant
The chat is answered first by an automated assistant (artificial intelligence) that only uses the information on this website. It does not make decisions about you. Sabrina receives the conversation and a short summary of it, and follows up herself.
Texts, calls and emails
Sabrina contacts you about your request only if you said yes to the consent question in the chat or asked her to. You can reply STOP to any text, or write to the address above, to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) provides the chat window, the automated assistant and the contact list where chat conversations are stored.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
These providers are located in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Quebec, where different laws apply. We do not sell your information and do not use advertising trackers or cookies of our own on this site. The chat window may store small technical files in your browser so the conversation keeps working.
Booking on Fresha, messaging on Instagram and email through Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook) happen on those services, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep chat conversations and contact details only as long as needed to answer your request and follow up, then delete them, unless you become a client and the information is needed for your appointments.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sabrina.fallavollita@hotmail.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
