This website presents the services of Brinela Hair, run by Sabrina Alessandra in Montreal, Quebec. By using it, you accept these terms.
Information and prices
The information on this site is general. Prices on the Pricing page are starting prices ("from"); services without a listed price are quoted at your consultation, because hair length, density and starting point change the formula and the time. The final price is confirmed with Sabrina before your appointment.
Booking
Salon appointments for colour, cuts and treatments are booked on Fresha, and Fresha's terms and the salon's booking, deposit and cancellation rules apply. Weddings and events are not booked on Fresha: Sabrina books them directly with you. Nothing on this site or in the chat is a confirmed booking until Sabrina confirms it.
The chat and its automated assistant
The chat is answered first by an automated assistant that uses only the information on this site. Its answers are for general information and can contain mistakes; Sabrina's own confirmation is what counts. The assistant does not give medical or health advice. Please don't share health information in the chat. Use the chat respectfully: no unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and no attempts to misuse it.
Photos and content
The photos, texts and logo on this site belong to Brinela Hair or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Outside services
Links to Fresha, Instagram and other sites lead to services we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it is always error-free or online. To the extent permitted by law, Brinela Hair is not responsible for damages caused by using this site or the chat. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec consumer protection law.
